BREAKFAST

As i woke up today, for some reason, my first thought was not FOOD, but the internet lol.   Apparently, before I turned on the computer I made myself go to the kitchen and make myself some breakfast.   Skipping breakfast is not a good idea for ANYONE!  No matter which day.  By skipping breakfast we automatically switch off our metabolism for the day, thus making it harder to burn calories through out the day.
My TOP choice foods are:  EGGS, OATMIL, CEREAL.  These products take longer to digest, therefore they keep you full for much longer!
My TOP choice morning drink is COFFEE!!!  Coffee increases your metabolism and also energizes you fro the day.

Let me put some examples of my "hello-morning" meals:
CHOICE 1:
2 fried eggs - 100 cal- (In a frying pan I put a little bit of olive oil, wait until it heats up, then I put 2 eggs to fry....I usually leave the yolk a little undercooked, because I like it.  You can make it anyway you want!)

4 Fire Roasted Tomato and Olive Oil Triscuit pieces - 80cal- ( They are amazingly delicious and I use it instead of bread)

1 medium Tomato - 40cal -(cut into smaller pieces and sprinkle a LITTLE of olive oil and salt on it, this is VERY delicious and HEALTHY!)

1 cup of coffee (2cal!!!!!) with 1teasp of honey -30cal -( I use honey instead of sugar, in later posts I will explain why)

TOTAL: 252 cal
Remember eggs make you feel full longer!  So this is the perfect breakfast for you if you would like to lose some weight!!!!

INTRO

Let me introduce myself!!!

I am a former OLYMPIC GYMNAST and I would love to share some of my tips of "HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT".  It is absolutely free and effective.  I will include some workouts and diet plans, once I have enough followers actually following my page!!! So get yourself and your friends here, and lets enjoy the road to your outermost goal: LOSE WIGHT!

So... lets begin.

First of all!  Easy, simple and good for you!! Go make yourself some tea, and sip it while you read through my blog!!  Tea will fill you stomach up with some fluids, and will help to fight your hunger.  I prefer GREEN TEA, GINSENG TEA, HIBISCUS TEA or just plain simple BLACK.  I drink it instead of water, hot or cold.  Try to use NO sugar, get used to the real taste of tea.  This way, you will cut on some calories just by skipping on those 2 teaspoons of sugar each time you drink tea..

Think about it in NUMBERS!

1 rounded teaspoon of sugar is 24 calories!!!  And I am sure you do have that white sugar hill in your teaspoon when you scoop it out of the sugar jar...  So if you use 2 teaspoons of sugar each time you drink tea (or coffee) you already pack inside your belly almost 50 CALORIES!!!!  Let's calculate it further....

1 cup of tea w/sugar a day = 50 calories
7 days a week of tea w/sugar = 350 calories
1 month of drinking tea w/sugar = 1400 calories!
1 year of not controlling your sugar intake = 16,800 extra calories!!!!!!!!

This is almost 5 pounds of extra weight you would gain each year!!!!  BUT THINK ABOUT IT THE OTHER WAY!!!!  If you cut out sugar, while you drink tea or coffee, you will be losing extra 5 pounds each year in addition to some other changes and workouts I will introduce you to in my blog!
