THURSDAY

Hi hi hihihihihihi:)

I have decided, today will be my soup-only-day!
For Breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner I will have a bowl of soup each time!  Pick any soup you would like!  Or you can have a few kinds for the day!:)

So lets say a bowl of soup is about 200-250 calories, and if you have 4-5 bowls today, you will still be less than a 1000 calories for the day!! A perfect day to clean up your intestines!!


NO WORK OUT today!! :)
